When our day-to-day routine is efficient and smooth, we have ample space and opportunity to focus on family, growth, and creating memories. Every Carbon Home is equipped with the latest in whole-home connectivity: smart lighting controls, thermostats, door locks, doorbells, garage door openers, pre-wired for Wi-Fi security cameras, and electric vehicle wiring. We believe every home benefits tremendously from these features, and we have standardized them. Ultimately, you can connect and control these devices through your phone or personal in-home assistants.

We believe homes can provide much more than shelter. Homes are where families and memories are created and grown. No two families are the same, and we take pride in the design-build approach in order to create homes aligned with your specific vision. During our initial meeting, we will discuss your specific vision for your home.

From initial budgeting, we work to include every aspect that you desire in your home upfront. Our standards will deliver a well-appointed and technologically-loaded final product.

Through our all-access portal, you can track all communications, documents, and timelines. We are proactive in our communication and work hard to never leave you wondering. In addition to your all-access portal, you will be working directly with Amy and Ben, the owners of Carbon Homes, on your design and build.
